Bob Garrison
Asesor

Has been a partner in the Buenos Aires Office of Ray & Berndtson. A member of the energy and utilities practice, he is also considered an expert in the insurance industry.

Because of his consulting work with petroleum and electrical entities, in addition to insurance, Bob has conducted search assignments in energy, mining and telecommunications.

Bob was co-founder and managing director of Spencer Stuart another executive search firm in 1992 in Argentina. He began his career in the field of insurance with AFIA, a major international insurance company located in Colombia. There he served as general manager and later general manager for Brazil, then regional manager of AFIA Worldwide for southern South America.

Later he was invited by CIGNA to form a regional office for South America and he reorganized the company's operations in Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Brazil. A U.S. citizen, Bob holds a BS degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

He speaks Spanish and Portuguese in addition to English.
